The new Highwood Utility Bill will be radically different then the previous glued blue bills. The bill will be in a regular standard format with easy to read usage and charges. The new bills will track and graph usage over time and an addressed return envelope is included.

If you need a new water account complete this form. A $100 deposit will be billed on your first utility bill.

Any user establishing a new water account shall be required to provide a deposit to the City in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00). When service to the user is discontinued permanently, this deposit, less any amount still owed to the City, will be refunded, without interest. This deposit will be included on the first bill.
