The Highwood Historical Society invites the community to a presentation featuring Adria Bernardi, author of “Houses with Names: The Italian Immigrants of Highwood, Illinois.”
On Sunday, February 22 at 2pm at Highwood City Hall (2nd Floor), Bernardi will share her research into Highwood’s Italian immigrant heritage and read excerpts highlighting the stories of families who helped shape our city’s character and culture.
